newsXpress Pty Ltd started in 2001 when three Gold Coast retailers got together to enable them to deal with shopping centre landlords.

Today, newsXpress is primarily focussed on high street retailers as these businesses have proven to be more resilient.

100% owned by Mark Fletcher, newsXpress operates as a marketing group. It is not governed by the Franchise Code of Conduct as its member agreement and terms of service do not meet the criteria for a franchise.

newsXpress has never made a profit distribution. Any money that has been made by the business has been reinvested in pursuit of value for newsXpress members.

We own and run a small number of corporate stores as well as online stores in addition to the newsXpress group stores.
